MenoSpring is operated by HaloSpring LLC ("MenoSpring," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit early.getmenospring.com (the "Site") and join our Founders' Circle waitlist.

We are currently in a pre-launch phase. We are not selling products through this Site at this time, and we do not collect payment information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you join the Founders' Circle waitlist, you provide:

• Email address (required)
• Product interest — which MenoSpring product you are most interested in
• Wellness support preference — the area of wellness support you are most interested in learning about (for example: hot flashes or night sweats; sleep; mood, focus, or daily steadiness; hair, skin, or nails; or that you are still learning)
• How you heard about us (optional, asked after signup)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect:

• Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Pages viewed, time on page, and interactions with page elements (such as opening an FAQ or starting the signup form)
• Referring website or campaign source
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address (country/region level)
• IP address

We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose. See Section 4.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect payment card information, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or account passwords through this Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Add you to the Founders' Circle waitlist and send you launch updates and early-access information
• Send you educational and product information relevant to the interests you selected
• Understand how visitors find and use the Site, so we can improve it
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Legal bases (for individuals in the EEA/UK): we process your information based on your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential analytics), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site), and legal obligation where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from MenoSpring about our launch, products, and related content.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us at hello@getmenospring.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still contact you regarding a specific request you make.

Our email communications are delivered through Klaviyo (see Section 4).

4. Service Providers and Third Parties

We share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the information:

Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing its handling of information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you and this Policy will continue to apply to the transferred information).

5. Sensitive Personal Information

Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), certain categories of personal information receive heightened protection.

The wellness support preference you select may be considered health-adjacent information. We want to be clear about how we handle it:

• We collect it only to send you more relevant content
• We do not use it to infer characteristics about you beyond your stated content preference
• We do not sell or share it
• We do not use it for any purpose other than those disclosed in this Policy
• You may ask us to delete it at any time (Section 7)

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under CPRA § 1798.121(a).

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential functions — making the Site work correctly
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand Site usage

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as no common industry standard has been adopted.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 All Users

You may request that we:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails

To exercise any of these, email hello@getmenospring.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Delete personal information we have collected from you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CPRA
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we use it only for disclosed purposes
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide different quality because you exercised these rights

Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months: identifiers (email address, IP address); internet or network activity (browsing and interaction data); geolocation data (approximate, region-level); inferences drawn from the above (content preferences); and characteristics that may constitute sensitive personal information (wellness support preference).

Business purpose for disclosure: as described in Section 4. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling a request.

7.3 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

In addition to the rights above, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and receive it in a portable format
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

7.4 Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) have rights similar to those described in Section 7.2, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request.

8. Data Retention

We retain waitlist information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to honor unsubscribe requests and meet legal obligations. When you request deletion, we remove your information from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, currently set to a maximum of 14 months.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers primarily process data in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach affecting your personal information as required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at hello@getmenospring.com and we will delete it.

12. Health and Medical Disclaimer

MenoSpring products are dietary supplements. Information on this Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing you submit through this Site creates a doctor-patient or other professional relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes affecting how we use your information, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Site.
